In 2018-2019, OCEA delivered 5 vessels to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG): 4 FPB 72 (24m) and 1 OPV 270 (83.6m), the largest aluminium OPV in the world.

This fleet supported by In-Service Support (ISS) services for 5 years for each of the vessels.

As part of the ISS, OCEA manages and carries out all preventive and corrective maintenance in the Philippines, in coordination with the PCGs (priority given to operational missions), including technical shutdowns and dry-docking of the vessels. Very satisfied with the high availability rate of the vessels and OCEA’s commitment to them, the Philippine Coast Guard renewed the ISS contract for the FPB 72 in September 2024 and that of the OPV 270 on Friday 11 April 2025 in the presence of the French Minister of foreign trade and French nationals abroad, Laurent Saint-Martin, and the Philippine Secretary of Department of Transportation, Vivencio Dizon.

En 2018-2019, OCEA a livré 5 navires aux gardes côtes philippins (PCG) : 4 FPB 72 (24m) et 1 OPV 270 (83,6m), le plus grand OPV en aluminium au monde.

Cette flotte était accompagnée des services de Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles (MCO) durant 5 ans pour chacun des navires.

Dans le cadre du MCO, OCEA gère et réalise aux Philippines, en coordination avec les PCG (priorité aux missions opérationnelles), la totalité de la maintenance préventive et corrective, y compris les arrêts techniques et mises au sec des navires. Très satisfait du taux de disponibilité élevé des navires et de l’engagement d’OCEA à ses côtés, les gardes côtes philippins ont renouvelé le contrat de MCO des FPB 72 en septembre 2024 et celui de l’OPV 270 vendredi 11 avril 2025 en présence du Ministre français du commerce extérieur et des français de l’étranger Laurent Saint-Martin et du Secrétaire d’Etat philippin des Transports Vivencio Dizon.
